Carmen from Buenos Aires, Argentina

Carmen Bernardo was born in Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina. Her paternal grandparents were Italian emigrants and her maternal grandparents were native to the Argentine countryside. In 1973 she emigrated to Venezuela with her husband and first son, Sebastian. While living there she had two more children, Natalia and Mariano. Nostalgic for her homeland, Carmen is always cooking her typical Argentine dishes which helps her to remember her early Argentinean roots and helps to preserve her childhood memories. As of 2011 she resides in Perth Amboy, NJ. with her son and his wife and helps to care for her first grandchild Elaine who is now the joy and reason for her life.

Carmen Bernardo nació en Buenos Aires, capital de la república Argentina. De abuelos paternos italianos, y maternos del campo Argentino. En el ano 1973 emigro a Venezuela con su esposo y higo Sebastian y alli nacieron Mariano y Natalia. Siempre cocinando los tipicos platos Argentinos recordano su anorada patria. Desde el ano 2011 está radicada en Perth Amboy NJ. Nacio aqui Elaine su nieta, que es la alegría y razón de su vida.
