Buglama:Lamb Stew: Delicious Azerbaijani-Style lamb stew. Tender, slow-cooked lamb with potatoes, carrots, fresh herbs and bursting with flavor! $31
Nonna Yumi from Japan presents:
Shojin Ryori(Vegan)-A traditional Japanese vegan dish that was created around 800 years ago, consumed by monks in Zen Buddhist temples. This dish consists of kenchin- jiru vegetable soup, mixed vegetable rice, Tempura served with grated daikon sauce, nimono (simmered root vegetables cooked in kombu stock), kinpira gobou(burdock-carrot stir-fry), and house-made pickles! $30
Eggplant Dengaku(Vegan)-This delicious, classic Japanese dish consists of a steamed than char-grilled organic sliced eggplant scored and brushed with a homemade gluten free sweet and savory miso glazed sauce. Sprinkled with white and black sesame seeds, Seven Japanese Spice seasonings and served with seasonal simmered vegetables $25
