Rosa..thank you for the wonderful evening we had last night at Enoteca. The food was amazing and meeting you was very special. The veal cutlet was outstanding.

I have been cooking since I was 9 years old - My grandparents originated from Naples, Italy and had a wonderful restaurant in lower Manhattan for a number of years. Learning from my mother and her family of 7 brothers and sisters, I have taken their way of Italian cooking and specialized them and created my own. My life is cooking for my family and friends - there is nothing more relaxing than being in the kitchen. I lost my husband, of 32 years, several months ago, and he was my best critic! How I miss him!

The whole Enoteca experience is wonderful and shows not only deep love and knowledge of food, but also profound enjoyment and fondness for creating a congenial, informative, warm atmosphere for fine dining, friends, and great wine. My husband and I brought friends to Enoteca for Valentine’s Day and had an unforgettable time. Love the garden idea and am sure you will take your concept higher and higher, to all our benefit!

My husband, daughter, a friend of hers, and myself have reservations for March 14th. We will be visiting from Southaven, MS and have never experienced anything like this and are so excited! I have been at the Enotoca yesterday during a short visit to N.Y. I came all the way cos I read of the nonnas on the newspaper and I was not dissappointed: cannelloni and coniglio alla cacciatora were just delicious:-) Thanks for making my day Adelina!Daniele, originally from Castellammare di Stabia (NA) but now in Washington D.C.

What woman! What a mom! What a cook! I advise to book way in advance for this chef. i went with her daughter and we even had to wait for a table!!!!!

The food experience at Enoteca is simply AMAZING! It tastes wonderful and is good for you too. I am so thrilled about the expansion of this biodynamic garden. Where do I sign up to volunteer and help with the garden?
