This delicious, classic Japanese dish consists of a steamed than char-grilled sliced eggplant scored and brushed with a homemade gluten free sweet and savory miso glazed sauce. Sprinkled with white and black sesame seeds, Seven Japanese Spice seasonings and served with seasonal simmered vegetables $25
Asian- Inspired Beef Puffs
Panko crusted, oven-baked, house-made pastry filled with tender beef, lotus root, kabocha squash, burdock root and green peas $25
Shojin Rolls A beautiful Spring inspired dish consisting of tasty rolls filled with braised Yuba and shiitake mushrooms along with seasonal vegetables, topped with hand-picked and pickled Magnolia petals from our garden. * Shojin cuisine refers to traditional Buddhist cooking made without meat or fish, and instead focuses on seasonal vegetables and mountain plants. Strong flavors such as garlic and onion are also avoided $25
